Just caught up on this. Pleased you're healing well, RIP serrota, but horrified by the lack of action from the police.
You need to escalate the police not turning up at the hospital as a formal complaint. I also suggest that you locate the borough commander for the incident area and contact their office directly for a response, asking why are the police not acting. (We've had more response to asb complaints and police inactivity by going through this route than any other method). http://content.met.police.uk/Page/YourBorough
