Huh, mine did that too, although I always just assumed it was down to a set of earphones failing - had never noticed the volume slider going down. No fix I'm afraid, but have you tried a different pair of headphones?
Edit: in the same way, i.e. had been fine, and then started doing it nearly all the time
Anyone else got an LG G4?
Got mine in the December 2015 Vodafone offer for £220-ish.
Has worked flawlessly so far until about a week ago,
when it started reducing the volume through wired in-ear headphones.
Tend to listen to podcasts when riding, with just the left earphone, to ensure I am still engaged with the surroundings, never at full volume, to avoid the auto nag onscreen message.
Last few days after about 35 minutes the volume just reduces, first one step down them down to zero. I can stop, retrieve the G4 from the belt case, open the Circle Case, reset the volume to where it should be, and just watch in amazement as the volume slider reduces in realtime down to zero.
I use Antennapod as my podcast app of choice, but have the identical problem after the 35-ish minutes if trying to use the default 'Music' app.
Power cycling is no remedy.
Have I inadvertantly selected an option I was previously unaware of?
Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
