DT R24 fits Shimano only, however any 11speed Campagnolo freehub wheelset will work with a Campagnolo 10speed cassette.
Fulcrum Racing 7 seems to be the easiest answer to fit your budget.

Do the DT R24 exist with Campag
If you want to use a Campag cassette, the Fulcrum Racing 5 LG are just as fine as the DT R24. I'd avoid the Racing 7 because plain gauge spokes.
