I tried a large and was loose until I had all the straps done up. Could still wiggle it slightly.
I tried the medium and it was tight and close fitting without any straps done up. Don't think I could wear a cap underneath.
Tbh, I have two rules when trying on helmets, if it comfortably and how pro I look with one on!!
