I have been to the police and given a statement, gave the details of the two witnesses and showed the officer the pictures and short video of the car/driver.
Now they have to make contact with the driver to confirm who was driving the car the time. The description I gave matched that of the registered keeper.
They are going to attempt to prosectute for driving without due care and attention, and possibly reckless driving as the driver crossed the centre line of the road.
The driver purposely bumped my back wheel twice and the second time driving over my bike. So it seems abit more than 'driving without due care or attention'. The driver 100% knew what he was doing.
