first run after 6 weeks off to focus on cycling for a bit last night doing a 3k timed run, about 10 seconds slower than my best, I guess 3k is short enough that strength and technique can overcome a lack of run specific fitness, but does mean i'll stop using the test as a fitness test for myself!
