Don't beat yourself up if you make a mistake now and then, number one tip!
To start try making your favourite meals but as a vegan version, this is possible for most meals!
Also, don't let yourself go hungry, I found I craved non vegan things at the start but the cravings were only strong when I was hungry!
Any advice, here or links to, transitioning to a vegan diet (going from meat and dairy eating)
Just go cold turkey (ha!), or cut out first meat, then fish then dairy? If the latter then over what time period?
