A) Going: run slower
A) Coming back: run steady down the hill
A) both ways: don't worry, it's only sweat from short runs plus you'll get a seat to yourself. ;)
A) both ways: run further along bus route, until eventually you don't need to get the bus
B) carry extra layer to wear. Frown at passengers who open windows.
C) get bag closest to volume of what you'll carry. OMM are good, other brands available. Get a drybag for bits you need to keep dry too.
So, my new abode means on some days i'll be getting a bus, but its a 1.5K run to the bus, 35mins sat down, then a 3.5K uphill run to the office (and i really do mean up hill :( ) question is - how do i manage
(a) being sweat bag on the bus going/coming back
(b) not getting to cold while on said bus
(c) carry phones, waterproof shell, bus & work passes, wallet etc etc in a non shakey shake backpack/carrying "thing"
any advice much appreciated.
