Thought you'd have seen the guy on Insta @amey ... the guy who does di2 like that is @shifterbikes on the gram and on that photo "Neither the stem, bar, or steerer have been modified, nor do they house the junction box. To purchase a copy of the wiring diagram email sales@shifterbikes.com"

Its a PRO stem but not Tharsis ..

Hahaa, my surprise at initially thinking you hadn't heard of them wasn't unwarranted then

Stem's a standard Vibe. It's not to do with that, I think there's some theories about the seatpost as well as some about the junction box being in the handlebars.
