Standard road.cc reporting there. Here's a quote from the coventry.gov site:
We are not preventing cyclists using dedicated cycle paths and roads, just cycling and skateboarding in pedestrianised areas between these times.
Although I thought there were already measures to stop people riding on pavements, not sure what a PSPO adds. That article is clickbait bullshit though.
