There's stall at Spitalfields Thursday vintage market that always has a good selection of vintage watches at good prices.

Circa WW1. Favre Leuba ended up trading a lot in India, interestingly....

That watch could potentially be expensive to get running well.

I've asked him, obv's WWI now I've done a little reading but i would prefer the date letter which I can't find. Somewhere between 1893 and 1933.

I'd rather a watch than a combination of foggy memory, entrenched guilt and a crippling burning sensation when passing water.

I'm not sure you can extract the date from a Swiss hallmark. My best bet would be 1915.

Have a look for other Zenith serials, especially on watches with engraved dates.

Why choose one when you could have both :D
