If shop builds wheels with them then they sell the rims.
the are two UK builders on the first page building with these rims
However they are not commuting rims everytime you brake it will cost you. Kinlin are a better bet or the archetype.
HED's are not £150 each either. The last i checked they are £130 each splitting hairs though.
