If shop builds wheels with them then they sell the rims.
the are two UK builders on the first page building with these rims
However they are not commuting rims everytime you brake it will cost you. Kinlin are a better bet or the archetype.HED's are not £150 each either. The last i checked they are £130 each splitting hairs though.
after much procrastination, i am gonna get some new wheels built for my commuter bike.
Rims:
Hed Belgium - can't seem to find any
Pacenti SL23 - overkill for all seasons commuting?
H + Sons Archetype - will look funny with 35c tyre?
H + Sons tb14 - could be good? £48 from wiggle:

Hubs:
Charge Plug has 135mm OLD so not a lot of choice for flip flop hubs in this dimension..
So Surly New Ultra hubs, 32h back, 28 front.
Good to go with this combo?
