Sold a bike on eBay the other day and am having trouble with the buyer, firstly they opened a case complaining it hadn't arrived despite it being tracked and signed for which they eventually reneged on,
Then another request is open as apparently the bearings on the rear wheel are fucked (they weren't) and a bolt on for the crank was missing (it wasn't), but I attempted to be nice and offered to refund to the tune of the mystery bolt (£20) which in messages was accepted, but then when I offered the partial refund we had agreed upon, he declined and is now demanding £70...
Shall I just leave this to play out and hope eBay see that he's wasting my time or just accept a return and pay him if/when it arrives?
