@benjam get the Sinn
This place sell them: https://www.pageandcooper.com/brands/sinn/
And may also allow a strap change with the order as they do the official straps too https://www.pageandcooper.com/accessories/straps-bracelets/?brand=115#category-products and additionally sell the butterfly clasp if you prefer that but want the leather strap https://www.pageandcooper.com/sinn-polished-butterfly-clasp-deployment/
I love my Sinn, and they look way better with a strap rather than the bracelet.

Returns policy of P&C is, erm, sub optimal.
I think you just confirmed that the brown leather strap is limited with the 2016 version too, ta!

Until you are certain that you will keep the watch (or other product),
do not wear it, try it on or use it in any way. A new watch worn even
one time for a short period will show signs of wear to both the strap
and case, and cannot be accepted for return. Remember, do not wear or
try on your watch until you decide to keep your watch to preserve your
right to return the watch. -

Don't suppose anyone here knows a quick way to get a new OEM crystal onto a Max Bill Chronoscope?
I stupidly put a couple of hairline cracks in mine this morning and can't be chewed with the standard dealer response of post it to us and we'll send it off to Germany...Jura/Sinn already have my UX for service with an ETA of 16 weeks. I do want a legit manufacturer glass though.

Exactly. Because I might find I put it on and think 'nope'. >>>>

Where are you based? Alsal are an official Junghans service centre I think. They service them at least.
I need to have mine repaired too. No idea how it happened but I managed to bend a pusher last week.

Thanks. Creative Watch Sales just said they don't have the part, no further offer of assistance. Jura sent the standard template asking for the watch to be posted in.
Alsal confirmed they have the part, gave a cost (£50) and said they could turn it around in 2 hours (I forgot to tell them I'd have to post it). Thumbs up to Alsal.

If you're interested, they posted a photo of a full strip down of a Max Bill Chrono on their Facebook a few months ago.

I quite like the look of those Eterna Reveil watches at Alsal, black dial, 36-38mm and a more approachable price point would make it a winner in my book...

it ended and eBay offered me this instead:

That bear mark was ceased in 1933 so represents quite a wide range of dates I think.

• #21299
I concur, though single rather than 3 bear.
