I guess you'd only get to the data once plod gets involved.
This all presumes the police will get involved. At the moment, the assumption is the other direction, but I'm about to head to Southwark Police Station to ensure I get put in the Collision Record Book in an attempt to get some engagement from them.

The car in question might have a black box fitted as an insurance requirement, but I guess you'd only get to the data once plod gets involved.
