That's a funky little setup - domestic machine and air roaster. I guess they're using Indonesian coffee are they?
I had coffee in a little roadside cafe which was robusta cut with maize and filtered through a cloth. Not great! This was the exception though, there was a choice of arabica beans and brewing methods at most cafes and many roasted their own on good quality drum roasters on site. Big surprise that.
