    I've not done any back to back testing, so my opinion is basically bunk. The front end of the CAAD12 does feel very accurate/stiff.

    One thing I've definitely noticed is that with a QR bike, if it's in the stand and I put the front wheel in it's inevitably slightly crooked - I always put the bike on the ground, open the QR again, then do it up after the weight of the bike has trued the wheel up in relation to the centre axis (if that makes sense?), whereas with the QR-axle (what to call this?) the wheel always goes in straight in the stand.

    Now, it may be that as I'm so awesome I've developed the ability to put wheels in dead straight, but it feels like it locates the wheel better. This of course is likely to be classic confirmation bias, but whatevs.
