1. Get original email at time of order telling me to expect a further email confirming the order.
   
2. No confirmation, so email Canyon enquiring
   
3. Get email from Canyon telling me they're sold out (hence no confirmation email).
   
4. Email Canyon to make sure they're not charging me, as amount still shows as a pending transaction on my account
   
5. Get official cancellation email from Canyon
   
6. Go and buy Powertap P1 from Sigma Sport
   
7. Get email from Canyon stating that they've cocked up and my original order is still valid, and they will be sending the Vectors
   
   

I've emailed Canyon to cancel - I fully expect them to not actually cancel the order and for the Vectors to turn up in a few weeks (months).
