It's not branded but i've been told it was handmade by a former track national champ for something based on some older campag designs.

It's probably the best threaded HS i've come across, needle bearings and grub screws

I was selling him sort with national champ, it's made by Janusz Kowalski, former World champ!

i had something similar build in my ellsworth track. no brand name on it, but was told that is was made by "saiko"
