So I can't even take my business to Wiggle now as it's the same company?
If CRC is being fucked up in the process of integrating into Wiggle, Wiggle should be the same as they ever were. Whether that's good enough is a separate question , but it sounds like the end point is CRC becoming the same as Wiggle, not Wiggle becoming the same as CRC.
