I just had mine delivered that I ordered on that 11.11 sale, Its pretty good. It does come up small but not a whole size smaller, more like a slim fit.

Ordered in S, got in S and is a little bit to small. It's tight under the armpits.
More I can't say since I got them just an hour ago.

Racmmer bib are fine. Own 2x summer and 2x winter bibs. Use them for commuting and cross. Quality is fine.
No freezing (long bib + activity underwear) on my two hour commuting (44km/450hm) with average of -5°C this week.
XL for 95kg and 197cm.

Did a 32km/275hm ride at -1°C just now. The legs weren't warm but didn't get unpleasant, also my butt doesn't hurt. I like it.
The base layer isn't noticeably bad, I wore a short jersey and a TNF Triclimate over it and it was warm.

I ordered the jacket too which fits fine but the gilet is a silver across the chest. The length is the same as the M jacket just skinnier.

And the XL is too small :'( to be fair, it's more a case of the spexcel sizing being correct, whilst everything else is wrong. Also, spexcel gilet has NO stretch whatsoever.
