@TurtleRecall - glad to hear you are getting on well with the Brompton. Saw your post about the grips. Previous to the 2017 models the grips were glued on. I know I spent ages getting the residue of my M-bar to put on the Ergons.
I tried fitting the Thorn bars with an adaptor after seeing @Dom's Brompton mod on here. I found them too curved in for my liking . Which is why I put the Easton Monkey Bar risers on mine, which I loved so far.
Since I am going down to 2 bikes only come January, I think I am going to start planning on pimping my brommie up as well. Want so many of the 2017 bits. The new M-bar looks awesome and I can get rid of the stem adaptor at the same time. I need to unflip my pentaclip, the extended seat post is working out great. Want the new mudguards and rack - providing it can be fitted to an old frame. Won't know until those bits are widely available.
@Dick - those clamps are sweet - all on SJS?
