Been using centrlock for years. There are no issues that I have encountered.
the point about centrelock is rotors are easier to fit. shimano make specific lockring tools for them. The other point is heat transfer into the hub will be slightly better than with 6 bolt.
If you are braking alot on long decents Shimano ice tech or freeza rotors are the best at dissapating heat. Shimano XTR and now R9100 freeza rotors are centrelock only. For the riding I normally do 6 bolt solid steel rotors are fine so it depends like always what you are doing.
