Hi all
Looking for some recommendations of what rims to build up some 36h Dura Ace 7600 hubs with. Ideally clincher for a change, but wouldn't rule out tubs. Kinlin were my first choice, but difficult to get hold of most of them in 36h and especially in silver (don't like the silver track/black semi-aero rim look for these hubs). Halo similar.
Looks like I'm left with Halo retro (look a bit cheap), Planet X retro (light, v cheap, prob shit), Kinlin ADHN (nice but a bit on the heavy side and described as 'touring' rims). I know Open Pros are a bit rubbish these days, but the CD anno finish looks nice and ain't too pricey. Bad idea?
Archetypes, tb14, etc nice but a bit too spendy.
Sheldon must be rolling in his grave with the end of 36h rims...
