Will Ferraby! How do you know him? We did some filming with him recently (not the above but part of a project happening at the same time that was shot). I really like his work - have come very close to ordering on one of his Friday sales - the way he layers materials to form his handles is beautiful:

Ha! My wife bought me one of these for Christmas. It's stunning. Really never had a knife experience like it - feels amazing in the hand, cuts through anything like butter (i was making slices of pancetta so thin today you could see through it) and looks beautiful.
