I've not been checking my cleat screws and now have lost one and gained a chrome shoe irremovably attached to a time atac xc2.
Anyone know how i can get it off? Twisting it only seems to be potentially damaging my shoe (can rotate it a full 180 and it's still on)

Do you want to actually go into a shop, or just want retail quantities from a UK stock holder? If it's the latter, you could have these by the weekend:

I've used Shiply before to get several largeish things round the country before at very reasonable rates.

Small flat head between the cleat and spring and use leverage? Probably easiest to remove the attac from the bike

Someone on here might have some chain opening pliers?

I've got some oil on my Rapha city rain jacket, there was a moped crashed and a big oil slick near the Den yesterday and someone ahead of me without a mudguard flicked a spot of it up at me. What's the best way to remove it without un-waterproofing a bit of my sleeve?

Add more oil.
Then wrap it around a stick and set it on fire as you crawl through catacombs looking for the Holy Grail.
You might get some rough stuff from an Austrian woman in an old-edition Trump uniform later on.

I can't do that... it belongs in a museum!

Is there a name for the type of hot water system where you have both a combi boiler and a hot water tank?
Other than 'wtf' and 'needlessly complex'
I believe they are popular in flats where you don't have the hot water pressure to get a decent shower, so the hot water tank's output is pumped out to provide hot water at pressure.

My Classic leather Flite saddle is looking a little grey and dry, probably because it only ever gets used with jeans? anyway...
is there a product that I can use to feed some life back in to it, whilst not having an adverse effect on the jeans?

I use John Lewis leather cream (mostly because the price is right) on my Concor. Rub it in and let it dry overnight. So far as I can tell, it hasn't tainted my undercarriage.
Yep, pun intended.

Yeah that looks like the kind of thing. Thanks :)

We are having one put into our house... seems to combine the benefits of both a combi and traditional system, albeit at a cost, but with 3 bathrooms don't think we can avoid it.

33 black Sapim Leader spokes and nipples for £26.00 at JE James.
Is there a better deal for similar quality, or better quality for a similar price?

Sapim Leader
Ask in the wheelbuilding thread, where they will tell you that you almost certainly shouldn't be using plain gauge spokes.
DT Champ from Rose would be about £22 if you're looking to nickel and dime the matter.

Silver, 21p each https://cyclebasket.com/m9b0s454p0/Components_/Spokes_-_Stainless_Steel_Double_Butted_-_Silver_
Postage is a few quid, can't remember if the last lot I bought included nipples or not.

would a stages 105 5800 crank work with ultergra 6800 crankset? https://www.evanscycles.com/stages-shimano-105-5800-g2-EV261153
I have both and the ability to swap and pay £100 less would be awesome.
Probably not it, but Dave Gorman talked about Fiverr the last episode.
