first off, why do you need to do longer rides on the turbo...?
Secondly, having a non existent boredom threshold helps (I've run two marathons on treadmills so I think I qualify) but structure, plenty of entertainment, plenty of nutrition and liquid and lots of fresh towels all help....
I think this is my longest turbo ever, but did quite a few 2 hour numbers this years....
Has anyone got any tips for really long rides on a turbo? I manage 45-60mins and then have zero motivation to do anything. Am I missing a trick?
