+1 for wera and a quick-change-thing. The added distance from the drill is great.
Also think it's a good idea to spend a bit on the bits themselves. You can get heaps of bits for peanuts with the argument that you just plonk a new one in once it wears out, but as it wears out it usually takes a few screw heads with it
