Somebody thought it was a good idea to cycle against traffic on a narrow road cos they were too lazy to walk on the kerb for a few hundred meters to get where they need to be... ejits.
The equivalent of cycling "full beam" is back too, it's great people have good lights, but not so great when they shine right in your eyes and leave you nightblind for a few seconds after.
Simple: Take yours off and rinse their retinas to make it clear...
