I get this from my father-in-law. He's from Yorkshire, working class, worked in social care all his life, but I'm pretty sure he voted Tory last time as he couldn't stand Corbyn. When I tried to challenge him on Labour's "sensible" policies like re-nationalising the railways, he went on a rant about the state of the railroads back in the day. At least he voted remain.
