I made one of those before - Jamie Oliver and his mate Jimmy have both done how to's.

Base of fire bricks, make a big sand dome, cover with wet paper, cover with clay, dig out sand and fire. Jimmy does an even easier cheat version afaik

Yeah thats what I though, read a few like that... need to make my own asap...
