But alas: Location == Germany. So distribution hassle would possibly trump the costs of just buying it myself.

Unless I get a TCR entry, survive TABR enough to make it to the start and ride through Germany throwing them at you as I pass.

Hmm, yeah, probably better off getting them yourself unless you have plans to visit London town?
