fwiw i think the length of kindling used in the roccbox may be of an unusual length making it tougher to source too if you're not handy with a hatchet.

re. South London pizza, Pizza Lucianos in Lee Green with the woodfire and Beavertown cans. Gianfranco Zola keeps popping into their main restaurant so I'm guessing they doing things right.
