On an Anker 5200 Mah battery that's a couple of years old, I get around 4-5 hours full beam. I've got a 15000mah as well with dual USB ports but not tried that yet.

it seems ok to me - just screwed it on to the seat rails no problem

At £33 all in for the 400 lumen light and helmet mount from wiggle this seems really good. Really good light from the looks of it and the helmet mount looks half decent as well.

About to start commuting since recently moving out of london and will be riding in on unlit roads. So i need a pretty hefty front light that will actually help me see things rather than just drawing attention to myself. How many lumens will i need roughly? and any reccos please?

Exposure Strada rocks for this
-
• #4485
Thanks for the above. The exposure would be my ideal choice but ££££
Should probably have said I don't want to go over £100 if possible, or so you not get the brightness for cheaper?

Powerful output
Great quality
Cheap price newPick two, you can't have the other one. I sympathise though, I got lucky and found a second hand Strada for under 100 on eBay a few years ago. You could always try that way.

I''ve bought another light from Torchy.
I really rate my xeccon geinea 1, light is tiny, light is bright, battery pack it ships with is underpowered though as you only get one hour.I've got the BR WK one light. 30 quid.
I imagine it'll have a similarly long power lead. I'm hoping to talk to someone about minimising this as the pack will fit neatly under the stem.

Cateye volt 800 can be had for around £70. I have the 300, it's plenty bright enough for my commute on unlit roads.

I need to buy a cheap, backup rear light for commuting. Mine almost ran out of juice tonight and I can't risk not having backups.
I'm about to bite the bullet on a pair of Lezyne Femtos? Long battery life and dirt cheap, any reason not to purchase? Any alternatives?

All in one, rechargeable, bright enough to light unlit roads properly.
Please?
I've got a list, but I want some corroboration -

This is the information I have for it:

• Max Output: 850 Lumens
• Battery Pack: 8.4V 2600mAh Samsung Battery Pack
