Hey, thanks for the recommendation! I'll be in Cambridge in a couple of weeks, and will try and track down the wandering yak for lunch.

My colleague's just told me about this... I must've had some kind of affect on him over the last couple of months as he now does a vegan week every month ;)

He'll be wearing vegan Birkenstocks and protesting climate change by the end of the year then ;)

If anyone is visiting Newcastle, I can heartily recommend Bohemian. Veggie, but everything has a vegan option. The best vegan pizzas I've had yet, and the other stuff was also great - in the posh junk food bracket. I went with a bunch of meat eaters who were being kind to me, and they all loved it. A bit pricy, but worth it.

Nice. I love BBQ pineapple, I'm going to give that a go.

It was totally awesome. Really good texture seitan freshly breaded and fried to order. The buns are freshly baked especially for the stall, not the crap bread as an after-thought you sometimes end up with. It's six quid for the sub in my picture or you can get a pot of popcorn fried seitan pieces for a fiver. That's the whole menu but it's great.

Several times
menu is burgers (same as the Waiting Room), seitan wings, poutine and fries.
Pretty well priced drinks and the food is banging. It's quite small though so getting a table is hit or miss/be prepared to eat at the bar.
Let me know if you're headed there Kev, I live next door and it'd be good to grab a beer.
Penny sale at H&B so two bottles/200 tabs for £8.20.
