Five different shades of blue on one bike. Once again this proves that money can't buy style.
-
• #353
Fifty shades of blue. Christian Grey would definitely be in EC1.

What shop put it together?
Shit choice of components granted, but what a fucking dogs dinner of cables, too long chain, and biggest insult of all, not even a set of lightweights or a sniff of Enve just to doff a cap to the fund manager hipsters out there.

That bartape, fuck.
-
• #356
It's light though

Has nobody puked on their own flaming cock yet?
I certainly have.
-
• #360
It looks like the bar tape is puking out the leavers. Does that help?

What a time to be alive.
Can you reach those brakes from the drops? I mean, they are designed for a flat bar FFS.
-
• #363
You built it up didn't you? :)

Are these lads just doing it for the lolz? I can't believe they've all had some input and thought 'Yep, happy with that, looks the nuts'....?
-
• #365
How can you even use those brakes? It would have been equally shit but at least if they were on the tops you could use them.
I have done better looking turds.
-
• #366
Lighter ones too

I was told by the Cannondale sales rep that the total weight is 5.6kg, and yes, I didn't understand how you could use the levers while riding.
Frame and paintjob looks good irl tho -

i am guessing the stem will be flipped to raise the bars so the hook of the drops is where the hoods of the levers would normally be.
or perhaps the idea is that the inflexible munter riding the bike on the tops is going to rely on the brake levers hitting the object in front to actuate the brakes.
utterly retarded vanity project

Q: What are the approximate aero losses of that brake cable routing?
A: None. The bike will never ben ridden outside.
-

Also, glad to see EC1 respecting cycling heritage by declaring the weight of the bike sans pedals -- that most superfluous of accessories.
-
• #371
No way that bike can be serious...is there?
The brakes are bizarre, the rear caliper is still miles from the rotor in the photo with the black bartape.
If there are significant weight savings to be made by using those brakes over a set of road hydros then maybe I could see the point on a hillclimb bike but a road bike with no hoods position?

5.67kg is pony anyway, must try harder.
-
• #374
Frame and paintjob looks good irl tho
It would, it was painted by Fat Creations.

What a time to be alive.
I can't stop laughing at this
I'm saying nothing.
