OMG I've only just realised what road this was on. I drove up it earlier this year to park before riding in the Peak's and it was disgusting. Chapeau.

Yep - I got the train up and coming from the station looking up to the top of the hill I was seriously considering turning around again.

Very interesting seeing the HR for the effort required....pretty much get to max heart rate then keep going for another 2-3 mins

Hmmm. 500 - 600w for 3 minutes.
