I had the same, its the fact that the pads have a small amount of movement and their 'relaxed position' is different from their engaged position, which isn't the same on the rear caliper. The sound seems to get quieter over time, and is reduced with other pads. I've found shimano pads and bbb pads to be quieter. Nothing to worry about though, just get used to it!
