If you want REALLY cheap, just buy some Bollé 'Safety glasses' in one of their sportier shapes for £5 and be happy in the knowledge that your eyes are protected from almost any chemical known to man and low speed projectiles.

Yep, used exactly the same for a year or so in the "smoked' version, i.e. very slightly tinted. I can't say at that point my glasses were the part of my appearance on the bike that worried me the most!
