Where can you source cable grommets?

Oval shaped for internal routed brake cable. Real cabling in housing, not Di cable.

I assume you mean something like this, but oval?

Could you not just run the full outer cable internally negating the need for grommets

The full cable housing runs inside the frame, but the hole in the steel is an oval shape. So without a grommet to seal the area the cable will rattle around and lots of moisture is free to enter the tubing.
