Just had excellent service from Paragon Machine Works. Ordered a couple of things in September, paid the duty with the Royal Mail, only to then enter into a Kafka-esque nightmare where the item was lost, then found, then lost again.
Emailed PMW to say I'd not received the item, they responded straight away offering me replacements or a refund.
