you can get mech hangers on eBay for £24... can dig out a link if anyone needs it

My KG 121 rear mech looks like the first one in the link above. Also need the bit for the front mech too.

Ah see, that's the crucial bit of info I was missing..

I just want to get a nice bike for my girlfriend. She's struggling riding a passed down carrera mountain bike at the moment. She wants a "pretty" bike anyway so it will end up being something steel and "cute" in the future. If you don't mind me having this for a while. You can have it off me at some point for less than I pay for it.

Unless we eventually get her to accept drops then she'll just be HHSRB forever.
