@edscoble & @Josh thanks both of you for your input. The standover height seems like the size is doable, so I'm just going to check one out.
The standover height is the least important part about bicycle fit, it was invented by an American because they don't like straddling the top tube.
I appreciate that the fit will be less than ideal. I'm mostly scrambling since my current beater's frame just cracked, and the market for steamrollers is pretty liquid. So, I'm hoping this will do for now while I wait for a better size.
