Long story short; while top tube become longer due to the slacker seat tube, the distance from bottom bracket to headtube remain the same.
@edscoble & @Josh thanks both of you for your input. The standover height seems like the size is doable, so I'm just going to check one out.
The standover height is the least important part about bicycle fit, it was invented by an American because they don't like straddling the top tube.
