Is usually a good starting point.
(With the caveat that I have no idea either as the last machine I built had Vista installed) -
I'd recommend building your own. It's difficult to get something with a decent spec in some areas but not everything (which you'll probably need for under £500).

I built one for around 350 I think... couple of second hand parts, but still.
i3 4330 and a GTX950.
You could build something better for £500.
