Get some TRP Hylex levers and brakes and convert them to Di2? I'm not sure if it's cheaper or not though, once you factor in the Di2 bits you need plus the TRP conversion kit.
I've been running the R785 cable levers for over 2 years and think they are superb. Would recommend them.
After a bit of saving I think I’m finally ready to commit to buying a disc group.
It’ll be a keeper so my heart says Di2 hydro with R785 shifters. My head says hydro + cables.
A quick google says that’ll be a grand
I haven’t migrated my bikes across to my new place yet so I feel guilty dropping that much after not cycling for so long.
What are peoples thoughts?
I don’t need a chainset, but would need everything else. I’m open to 2nd hand, but prices are still high. Any other smart tricks?
Sterling tanking is making me think I should wait for a bounce, but I’d like to link up my ducks now.
Cheers.
