good thread, this.
I need to get kitted up for winter commuting. I have tights (Endura thermolight) and a winter jersey (altura night vision). Not premium gear but did ok on winter rides last year.
I like the idea of a merino base layer, and merino gloves.
Also need some kind of rain jacket. And a hat. And some overshoes as my feet suffered last year.
Might investigate the mighty G word.
Also like the look of this jacket although quite £ - anyone tried it?
