I slipped on a wet manhole cover, worn down to a mirror finish.
Perhaps councils shouldn't put stupid slippery metal plates on public roads instead of putting the blame on the cyclists/motorcyclists by suggesting "oh a helmet is so safe". Hm, yeah how about not putting people at risk by shit infrastructure?
(which is true for motorists too, they also get put at risk by poorly designed junctions and so on)
