Hi fatties, I've been out of here for 4 months. Result: I lost about 4kg over time and in a week I've put it all back on so I'm 3kg heavier than I was pre-TCR but on the plus side I've been drunk for most of it yay! On the piss tonight then I'm going to focus on getting 'sick gun bro' leaner again while I'm not riding so much so I look well sexy for Oz xmas. Thinking about kicking off my gym sessions again because I can't be arsed riding but I'm putting off making that call. I'll just help myself to these Toblerones while I ponder it....
